SENIOR EXECUTIVE – GROUP FINANCE

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management insights.

Support group budgeting and rolling forecast processes.

Conduct variance analysis to uncover actionable business insights.

Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and statutory disclosures.

Build performance dashboards that drive management decision-making.

Perform financial modelling and scenario planning to support strategic decisions.

Champion automation and digital tools to modernize reporting.

Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate reporting quality and efficiency.

Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.

Part qualification or membership of CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent professional qualification.

Minimum 2–4 years' experience in financial reporting, budgeting or management reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience will be an added advantage).

Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
