Welcome visitors, customers, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage the reception desk and ensure seamless front office operations.

Handle incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the relevant departments.

Register visitors, issue visitor passes, and coordinate visitor access with Security.

Receive, record, and distribute courier packages, letters, and internal documents.

Maintain accurate visitor, courier, and front office records.

Support data entry, document filing, and general administrative tasks during non-peak reception hours.

G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification (Diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration will be an added advantage).

Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception or Front Office Administration.

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a pleasant personality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and record management.
