NURSE IN CHARGE - OPERATION THEATER

Oversee the overall performance and daily operations of the Operation Theater to ensure clinical excellence and efficiency.

Coordinate effectively with Consultants, Anesthetists and paramedical staff to ensure smooth surgical procedures.

Manage inventory and clinical resources to meet hospital standards and ensure uninterrupted operations.

Coordinate theatre bookings, assist Surgeons and Anesthetists and allocate nursing staff based on skill and experience.

Train and supervise nursing staff ensuring competency in required clinical skills and adherence to standards.

BSc in Nursing or 03 years Diploma with valid SLNC or PHSRC registration.

Minimum 12 years of experience in Operation Theater, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of Operation Theater procedures, infection control and patient safety standards.

Good IT literacy, communication and coordination skills.

Experience in roster management and team coordination.
