Prepare and transcribe diagnostic reports including Ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-Ray reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of tests and procedures into the system.
Assist in maintaining consumable and drug stores under the guidance of the In Charge – Radiographer.
Coordinate with patients regarding the collection and dispatch of diagnostic reports.
Support the Radiology team in maintaining efficient day to day operations.
Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level with three simple passes in any stream.
Previous experience in a healthcare or medical services environment is preferred.
A minimum one year of experience as a Clerk in a Radiology Department or a similar role in a reputed healthcare institution will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel with good typing speed and a high level of accuracy.
Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced healthcare environment.
Willingness and flexibility to work on a shift basis including evening and night shifts.
