JUNIOR EXECUTIVE LOGISTICS

Monitor warehouse performance and implement initiatives to improve picking and issuing accuracy, minimize product damage, and enhance Value-Added Services (VAS) and e-commerce operations.

Support the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure timely removal of black-coded inventory.

Promote and enforce warehouse safety standards, conduct safety inspections, and implement forklift safety improvements.

Drive process automation initiatives, including QR code integration, and enhance tracking and inspection systems to improve operational efficiency.

Identify operational challenges, provide system support, and conduct user training to ensure effective adoption of processes and systems.

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline.

Professional certification in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (preferably SAP), Power BI, digital automation tools, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Kaizen.

Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics planning, safety compliance, operational reporting, and audit processes.

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or process improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail, communication, teamwork, adaptability, leadership potential, and a proactive approach to work.
