Executive - Clinical Systems & Informatics

Support the implementation and enhancement of digital workflows and Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EHR) to promote a paperless and efficient healthcare environment.

Provide first level application and technical support by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with IT teams and vendors.

Assist in system administration, including user account management, access control, system configurations and basic database validation.

Support system integrations, testing (UAT), new feature deployments and ensure data quality, confidentiality and compliance with audit requirements.

Conduct user training, provide technical guidance and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and adoption initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Health Informatics or a related field.

Basic knowledge of client server architecture, databases (SQL), networking fundamentals (IP, VPN) and IT troubleshooting.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel, with exposure to software applications, reporting or databases.

Graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship, project experience, or exposure to HIS/EHR, system integrations, APIs or network troubleshooting will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt to a fast paced healthcare environment.
