About the Role
Handle registration, appointment coordination and related clerical work for Heart Center patients.
Maintain and update patient records, reports and relevant documentation accurately.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other departments regarding patient information and scheduling.
Assist in preparing reports, data entry and record-keeping as required.
Respond to telephone inquiries and direct patients or visitors appropriately.
Ensure proper handling of bills, receipts and related documents when required.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
