About the Role
Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, transfers and discharge-related communication.
Liaise with doctors, nurses, patients and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of care.
Maintain and update patient records, schedules and related documentation accurately.
Assist in arranging consultations, investigations and follow-up appointments.
Handle telephone and in-person inquiries professionally and communicate updates promptly.
Prepare reports, data entry and other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
