Monitor and evaluate the quality and accuracy of processes and outputs within the business center.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Analyze data and prepare quality performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and maintain quality control checklists, SOPs, and documentation.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Liaise with departments to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
Ensure all records and reports are accurately maintained in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
