Accountant

Kandy Royal International School is seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly organized Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our Kandy and Kurunegala branches. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day transactions, handling student fee administration, and supporting the school's administrative network to ensure smooth operational efficiency.

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily financial records, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Fee Management: Oversee student tuition fee collection, process invoices, track outstanding balances, and issue receipts.

Payroll & Disbursements: Manage branch payroll processing, including statutory deductions (EPF/ETF) and timely payment of supplier invoices.

Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget variance analyses for school management.

Compliance & Audits: Assist in annual auditing processes and ensure all accounting practices comply with Sri Lankan financial regulations and taxation laws.

Administrative Coordination: Work closely with the Branch Principal, Office Coordinators, and the central management team to align on financial budgets and administrative needs.
