About the Role

The selected candidate will support the HR department in delivering effective human capital management practices across the organization. The role will involve coordinating talent acquisition and probation management processes, HR analytics, HRIS administration and employee engagement activities, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s HR policies and strategic workforce objectives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, selection and probation management processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding and probation management activities.

Maintain and administrate the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) while ensuring data accuracy and timely HR reporting.

Generate HR analytics and management reports to support evidence-based HR decision making.

Assist the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.

Support HR operational activities including HR compliance requirements.

Coordinate with line managers and department heads to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Maintain regular relationships with recruitment sources, technical and vocational training institutes etc. for faster sourcing of talents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or from a related discipline from a recognized university.

Professional qualification such as Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM) or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Minimum Two Years of hands on experience in Human Resource Management, preferably covering recruitment, HR analytics and HRIS administration.

Exposure to ERP-based HR systems such as Oracle HRIS and DMS HRIS will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical thinking and reporting capability with proficiency in HR data management.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
