About the Role

Own payroll cycles; ensure accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality.
Apply awards/NES for overtime, allowances, penalties and terminations.
Lodge STP and complete payroll tax reconciliations.
Maintain system integrity, controls and upgrades/testing.
Manage superannuation and leave entitlements; liaise with HR and audits.

Requirements

The candidate should be able to work on-site according to the Australian calendar and shift.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or related field.
4-5 years of experience managing payroll functions.
Experience in processing Australian payroll is mandatory for the role.
Expert knowledge of IR legislation, taxation, and superannuation.
High proficiency with payroll platforms/ERP.
Discretion with sensitive data and strong leadership
