About the Role
Maintain and streamline stock procurement processes and POS database remotely to ensure efficient operations across all venues.
Manage on & off-premises food and beverage procurement workflows virtually, including invoice approvals and compliance checks.
Configure and administer POS systems and till layouts remotely, implementing surcharges, promotions, and price adjustments, updating systems as required.
Oversee all stock process controls, including virtual monitoring of stock takes, credit requests, and slow-moving stock management.
Ensure accurate product pricing and costing in line with supplier agreements.
Provide remote POS troubleshooting and supporting the venue teams across the group.
Deliver automated reporting and analysis to senior management, ensuring timely insights into stock levels and gross profit performance.
Drive process improvements and training strategies with Group General Manager.
