Finance Transformation : Manager

The primary role of a manager will be to make immediate and direct contribution to enhance our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. Assist Finance organizations in solving complex challenges and adding greater value to the business.

Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects
Advise clients on finance strategies, operations improvement, and enterprise-wide decision-making
Oversee solution design and implementation within scope, budget, and timelines
Engage with C-suite and senior leaders to address strategic objectives and challenges
Lead RFPs and proposal development across teams and service lines
Build and maintain strong client relationships for continued collaboration
Manage project financials, WIP, debtors, and billing in line with standards
Lead and mentor consulting teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or full qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent; MBA from a reputed institute preferred
6-7 years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience (post-qualification preferred)
Proven experience managing end-to-end client engagements and teams
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word, etc.)
Exposure to digital finance technologies is an added advantage
Willingness to travel as per project requirements
