EAID - Consultant - Power BI

As a consultant, you will leverage your industry expertise to design and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions that address client needs and support data-driven decision-making. You will be involved across the full BI lifecycle, including data modelling, development, deployment, and optimisation, while collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will contribute to Agile delivery, uphold quality standards and best practices, and drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance reporting effectiveness and business value.

Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Power BI solutions
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using Power BI
Perform data modelling and transformation to ensure efficient and reliable reporting solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project members to deliver high-quality BI solutions
Support the deployment, optimisation, and ongoing enhancement of reporting and analytics platforms
Conduct reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, governance practices, and quality requirements
Contribute to Agile project delivery and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities for automation and innovation to improve reporting efficiency and business insights
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end users where required
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in business intelligence and analytics

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3 - 6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or Power BI development.
Strong experience in Power BI, including report development, dashboard creation, and data visualisation techniques.
Proficiency in data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and ETL concepts.
Experience working with SQL databases and data integration technologies.
Familiarity with Azure data services and cloud-based analytics platforms will be an added advantage.
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and collaborative project environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
