About the Role
joining with Relationship Managers for the client visits
supporting the Relationship Manager in the Credit Evaluations process
obtaining information from clients/banks on timely manner and assist in carrying out credit evaluation
following-up on pending security documents and co-ordinate with Credit Service Department
coordinating with the Legal Department in execution and completion of security documentation
proactively identify and resolve client issues
assisting Relationship Managers in understanding of client preferences, needs, and concerns and responding to ad hoc customer requests in a timely manner
working closely with the internal stake holders, as and when required for managing the credit related work and to be in line with the internal guidelines of the bank
