TECHNICIAN/SENIOR TECHNICIAN – FACILITIES & BUILDING MAINTENANCE

Department/Unit: LRE: PROJECT AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE
Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of essential building systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS, ELV, and plumbing

Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults with minimal downtime

Conducting routine inspections and testing of equipment to ensure compliance with required safety and operational standards

Supporting installation, commissioning, and supervising contractors for new projects and refurbishments

Maintaining accurate technical documentation, maintenance logs, and asset records

Coordinating with vendors and service providers, evaluating technical solutions, and ensuring high-quality work output

Have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or technical services

Possess NVQ Level 4 or above in Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Have strong practical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS, and ELV systems

Be able to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals

Be willing to attend emergency breakdowns and work on a shift or on-call basis when required
