About the Role
Provide leadership and oversee all activities related to the cafeteria services so as to ensure timely, efficient and hygienic service is provided at all times whilst ensuring the timely maintenance and the cleanliness of the cafeteria /equipment.
Ensure the daily meal requirement is made and delivered with increased quality and hygiene.
Making sure the tracking mechanism of raw material storage functioning effectively and the ensure information is up to date to provide insights to the management and take decisions based on purchases, cost etc.
Actively participate to the tendering process, negotiate price points and take decisions to procure dry rations, vegetables, fruits etc.
Guiding the respective team to address concerns raised at committee meetings / JCC and giving the leadership to take necessary steps to increase the quality food services to all employees, based on the feedback.
Administer the food wastage reduction projects whilst educating the teams to generate savings and better utilize resources.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (Customer teams etc.) with regard to special functions & VIP visits and providing guidance to the cafeteria team to meet the special meal arrangements/ settings expected by the internal teams.
Lead the respective team who Manages the transport fleet to make sure a smooth, efficient and timely process happening in operating all forms of transport vehicles.
Conducting periodic reviews on vehicle routes and guiding teams to find out best methods to reduce time, cost and increase employee experience.
Monitor and making sure all security related activities are functioning at the targeted level whilst making sure the risks are identified in advance.
